RetailNet Group built this forum in conjunction with UCLA Anderson with the recognition
that significant societal, technologic, political, macro-economic and competitive
(retail industry) forces are changing the face of retail in the US. Participants
in the program agree that these changes will present a very different set of critical
capabilities for retailers to work on in order be in a winning position in the future.
The forum is built to allow executives to step out of the tactics of today and think
strategically. The university program includes sessions on external forces, future
visioning, transformation exploration and capability activation to advance planning
and to develop future focused winning customer value propositions.
We believe that taking part in this carefully structured program allows a retail
RNG's topic- and skills-based development program for Directors, Managers, and their
