Nordstrom Local is a new store concept that only measures 3,000 sq ft and is purely focused on services, instead of carrying any merchandise for sale. Shoppers have access to personal stylists, a tailoring service, flexible fulfillment including curbside pickup, access to the Trunk Club, which is a personalized clothing service, nail services, and a full beverage menu. The store also features Style Boards, a new tool that creates digital boards with personalized fashion recommendations which customers can use to then make purchases online.
