Ocado adds ‘palm oil-free aisle’ to its website

Ocado has introduced a ‘palm oil-free aisle’ to its website, allowing customers to browse more than 5,000 palm oil-free products with the click of a button. The initiative follows a 28% increase in online searches for palm oil-free products in 2018 and UK frozen food specialist, Iceland’s viral ‘Range-tan’ Christmas ad, which was to promote Iceland’s commitment to go palm oil-free on its private label by the end of 2018 and attracted 70m views.
