Kroger is planning to shut down a pilot grocery delivery effort featuring self-driving vehicles. The program, which began late summer 2018, involved a Scottsdale, Arizona Fry's store. Delivery was provided via unmanned vehicles from Nuro, a robotics company. During the pilot, more than 2,000 deliveries were made.
