Falabella records 3% revenue growth in Q1 2019
Chilean retailer Falabella has reported consolidated revenues reached USD3, 319 million, an increase of 3% compared to the same period of the previous year. Excluding the exchange rate effect, Falabella's consolidated revenues would have grown 4%. Falabella's NMV grew by 45%. The growth in sales of ecommerce sites was driven by a 45% increase in the number of orders. On the other hand, Linio showed 42% growth in NMV with respect to the same period last year driven by the performance of Chile and Peru with growth in local currency of 76% and 62% respectively.
